The hotel was situated on a peaceful street near a charming parkway that led straight to the seaside. The friendly staff provided excellent service, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were comfortable with a cozy bed, and the hotel's attention to detail was evident throughout. The included breakfast was delicious and varied, giving us a great start to our day.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

The staff was the best. Very service minded and polite. Good clean rooms. About 1 million tv-channels =) (but non in English)
To thin walls, you could practiclly hear everything. Even though it was close to the beach it was a littlebit off from the mainstreet. WiFi not for free

It's very good, amazing hotel. When I firsts arrived I thought that it's very little space in a room, it's not clean enough, but then all the drawbacks disappeared! The staff is very helpful and friendly! If you have problems or just need something they'll help you for sure!

The staff was amazing, very kind and helpful. The breakfast had a wide selection of delicious foods, including pies and fresh fruit. The hotel was located in a calm street close to a park, supermarket and bus stop, making it easy to get around and explore. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed.
The bathroom was a bit small and the floor would get wet after the shower. Although the cleaning staff would come in and clean it up, it was still inconvenient.

Quiet area, friendly personnel, nice facility, close to the park, not too far from beach.
Very poor sound insulation of the rooms – probably the worst I have experienced! Single rooms are cute but really tiny.

The staff was very friendly at the hotel and did try and please the customers
We were locked out of our room for one and an half hours at 12.00 at night because the lock jammed switch wasn't there fault but they didn't offer a discount or anything also one day we didn't have any towels jacuzzi didn't work in the room which was not right because that's one of the things you paid extra for told staff but they didn't do anything. So sadly l wont be staying at this hotel again.

This hotel’s location provides a perfect balance: close to the beach and all amenities, yet far from the noisy strip. You can easily walk to the beach through a quiet street and reach local shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. the friendly staff goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable, and the breakfast offers a variety of options to suit everyone's taste. the rooms are clean and comfortable, and some even have a garden view, perfect for a relaxing afternoon.
The parking situation in the area might be a bit complicated for those with bigger cars.

Friendly, welcoming and helpful hotel staff. The hotel is located in a pleasant residential area with convenient access to the beach (10 minute walk) and the Old Town (14 minutes by bus). My room had efficient air-conditioning, a good hydromassage shower (only available in some rooms) and a small balcony. The room was cleaned on a daily basis. There is a 24/7 reception service - good for late arrivals and access to room at all times.
Limited space in room. Tired/shabby furnishings. Although there are about 5 parking bays on the paved area immediately in front of the hotel, I found it awkward manoeuvring into these bays via closely-spaced vertical bollards, and preferred to park in the adjacent streets (though it should be noted that the availability of spaces can often be limited).

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! the staff were exceptional - friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with daily cleaning and a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. Additionally, the location was perfect, just a short walk through the park to the seaside and away from any street noise. Finally, the included breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the homemade cakes and fresh fruit.
No improvements needed - everything was perfect.

The staff was excellent, good location and service.
There were no English or Russian TV channels, instead of HB recommended have AI with the same amount of food.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I liked the fact that the breakfast had freshly baked croissants and a wide variety of fruits to choose from. the staff was helpful in giving directions to nearby attractions and restaurants. the hotel's location was also convenient, as it was walking distance to the beach and a short distance from the city center.
My experience at this hotel was hindered by the small size of the rooms, which left little space for movement. the wifi connection in the room was not strong enough to accommodate more than one device at a time.
